The initial 3D Running Assessment is a 60-90 minute evaluation. We discuss your current, past, and upcoming training as well as any current and prior injuries. Then we perform a comprehensive musculoskeletal runner readiness assessment and take a 3D video of your running. Compiling this intellegence, we develop your unique program. Expect follow up appointments to last approximately one hour.
