What is Dry Needling?

Dry Needling is a technique used by specially trained physical therapists (where allowed by state law) use to treat pain and movement impairments. The therapist inserts a "dry" needle, one without medication or injection, into areas of the muscle to decrease pain and tightness.

You may have heard this called Trigger Point dry needling.

I have completed the Functional Dry Needling Levels 1, 2 and  3 Clinical Integration certification through Evidence in Motion.
