Using the Runner Readiness Assessment and 3D Analysis, you will be started on a 6 week training program specific to you to decrease pain, increased strength, power, agility, to improve physical running performance. We use a variety plyometrics, running drills, education and more.
Together we create a training program based on your goals, balancing training, life, school or work to improve your mobility, strength, performance and quality of life. Whether you are 20 or 75 years old, we design it to fit you.
